15 years ago, the marriage green card application was about 5 pages. Today it is 80+ pages. The government forms are buggy and confusing.
A good immigration lawyer charges $5,000-$10,000. That prices out a lot of people. We built ImmiStart to change that.
The people who can afford a lawyer get their green cards. Everyone else is left guessing with internet searches and forums full of bad advice. Many would inevitably be forced to hire an immigration attorney after receiving RFEs, Rejection Notices, or Denial Notices. Couples separated because of simple paperwork errors. Talented people giving up because they could not afford help and could not navigate the process alone.
There was no good option between a $10,000 attorney and doing it completely blind. So we built one.
ImmiStart is a technology company, not a law firm. The platform was designed and built by a team of software engineers and product developers who specialize in building accessible, user-friendly tools.
The legal frameworks, form guidance, and educational content were developed under the supervision of award-winning immigration attorney, Adrian Pandev, who serves as the platform’s consulting immigration attorney.
This structure is intentional. It is what allows us to offer the platform at $39/month instead of $5,000+. You get attorney-informed guidance delivered through well-built software, without the overhead of a traditional law firm.
Adrian Pandev is an award-winning immigration attorney with media appearances and widely recognized for his immigration law expertise. He serves as the legal advisor who helped design the educational frameworks and guidance logic powering ImmiStart.
In his private practice at Pandev Law, LLC, Adrian represents foreign investors, founders, and families in a wide range of immigration matters. He has personally handled hundreds of marriage-based green card cases.
Before entering private practice, Adrian served as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Immigration Litigation, where he represented government agencies including USCIS, CBP, and the Department of State in federal court litigation across the country. That experience gave him a unique understanding of how the government evaluates immigration cases from the inside.
Adrian is not your lawyer when you use ImmiStart. He is the legal mind who helped build the tool.
We believe in being direct about what ImmiStart is:
This honesty is not a disclaimer buried in fine print. It is core to what we are. We built a tool that helps people who cannot afford a lawyer or are not seeking one for a straightforward case. We are proud of that. And we want you to know exactly what you are getting.
